• You will need to prove that you have sufficient funds for education and living expenses.
• A student must show proof that you have no record of criminal activity.
• A certificate issued by the local police department must be presented by the applicants.

 

• You will need to show proof of excellent health in the form of a doctor’s note.
• You’ll need to assure the Canadian visa officer that your intended stay is temporary.
• Your student visa must be a valid one
• Medical examination is a valid point

Your request for Canadian study permit can be approved, if

• You are a common-law partner or spouse having family in Canada
• You have you come to Canada from Ukraine and applying for a refugee claimant

Are you from Ukraine?

Are you a refugee already living in Canada under the IRCC & UN refugee protection act? You’re eligible for the study visa that’s only available to people from Ukraine. This unique program is not open to international students, Canadian citizens, or permanent residents.

Having a valid student ID from Ukraine (primary education) is essential. You must be from Ukraine (Ukrainians from another country are excluded). You must have someone residing in Canada holding PR permit.

Papers you need to submit

• Student visa applications require a current passport
• A LOA from a DLI is necessary.
• Documents that show your ability to support yourself financially
• Two pictures, in passport size, are required for the paper application
• You must take the Immigration Medical Exam
• A high score on an English language test is preferred
