Ontario Human Capital Priorities: OINP can put up people with the right mix of education, experience, and abilities for Ontario’s economy and job market through this category. It includes three Express Entry routes and two student visa routes –
Employer job offer category: To qualify for this category, applicants must have been offered and accepted a full-time, indefinite position by an employer in Ontario. Those with relevant work experience in in-demand fields will benefit most from this program. Express Entry profiles are required, and applicants must also satisfy provincial residency prerequisites.

Ontario Entrepreneur stream: This program is for experienced entrepreneurs who want to start or purchase a business in Ontario. Applicants must have a minimum net worth of CAD 800,000 and invest at least CAD 600,000 in the business. The Ontario Entrepreneur Stream is designed to provide a pathway to permanent residency for entrepreneurs who want to establish or purchase a business in Ontario.
