Extension of open work permit

If the permit is near to the expiry date, you have a DLI recognized degree, you are living in Canada temporarily, you have a pending refugee status (if applicable), you are living in Canada under special act (if applicable), and due to an unfortunate circumstance you cannot leave Canada.
